Just a reminder that anyone receiving any ARRA funding (including supplements) needs to register with Federalreporting.gov (you’ll need your institution’s DUNS). There is a FAQ available should you have questions. First be sure to ask your Office of Sponsored Programs or related entity to see if they doing this on your behalf (this is a given at big Universities); if you register and did not need to, you may be unregistered by your Sponsored Programs folks.
Separately, HHS recovery.gov has an Excel template & sample report available for you to use for reporting your ARRA progress.
I like, as will you, I am sure, the template’s example for reporting Quarterly Activities: “As defined in the Award Description field.”
